Victims of domestic abuse have no other options.Police are unable to act unless they are on the scene, or have immediate empirical proof.

Only effective way to get out of a domestic abuse situation is often to incapacitate the abuser.

The perpetrators of domestic violence are dangerous

4) FROM 2 AND 3 IT FOLLOWS THAT:   
Resolved: A victim's deliberate use of deadly force is a just response to repeated domestic violence.

In a full written case we should probably define deliberate and domestic violence. Maybe deadly, but I don't think so.
